I’ve built my career on helping people and organizations succeed — whether it’s a political campaign, an elected leader, or a business ready to grow. My path has taken me through senior roles in government at the municipal and provincial levels, as well as the private sector, while also working closely with federal ministries, staff, and decision-makers. This gives me a unique perspective on how policies are shaped, how decisions are made, and how real change gets done.

What I bring to my clients is more than advice — it’s a custom solution, tailored to their situation. Every challenge is different, and I draw on years of experience navigating government, technology, and diverse communities to craft strategies that work in the real world. Sometimes that means building influence, other times avoiding costly missteps, and often, it means bringing clarity and confidence when things feel uncertain.

I specialize in micro-targeting, multilingual communication, government relations, and the smart use of technology, but what truly sets me apart is how I work with people. I integrate seamlessly into teams, bring out the best in others, and use my leadership experience to strengthen not only outcomes, but also the people I work alongside.

Growing up in the Greater Toronto Area as part of a minority community, I learned the value of hard work, persistence, and integrity early on. Those lessons have shaped my approach today: no shortcuts, no guesswork — just honest advice, strategic execution, and results delivered the right way.
